Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at [info@hitonas.com]. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for the returning shipping costs as well as any import taxes that may apply. Import taxes vary depending on the total cost of the product.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away. This will allow us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. For purchases regarding outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of the return product, which vary depending on the total cost of the product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
